Why live
The shirt is nice.
The pull is the moment.
A shirt out of a box is a giveaway. A shirt someone watched get pulled, in the size they asked for, with the art they picked, is a souvenir of the night. That's what we're really selling: the pull, the reveal, the guest holding it up for a photo.
At an LA premiere or a label launch, that moment is also the content. With live screen printing in LA, guests film the squeegee, post the shirt and wear it for the rest of the night.

Most LA events land between $5K and $15K all-in. Where you fall depends on how many pieces we print, how long the presses run and which blanks you pick. The quote covers crew, equipment, garments, load-in, load-out and every print, and it comes back within 24 hours.
One press does up to about 60 shirts an hour, and each guest waits about two minutes from picking a design to holding the shirt. Our standard station is two presses and two printers, so it clears 100+ an hour when the line stays full. Here's how to plan a Los Angeles live printing line by headcount.
A flat 10×10 ft spot per station and two dedicated 120V circuits for the dryers. We bring the presses, ink, blanks, tables and crew. For a union hall or a studio lot, we'll send the power spec and vehicle details you need to file.
Two to four weeks is comfortable. The gear stays staged in La Habra, so a date inside two weeks is often still doable if a crew is free. Close date? Call anyway.
Yes. Live t-shirt printing is the main event, but we also run a hat bar with pressable patches, embroidery for a premium finish, DTF for full-color art on almost anything, and hard goods like totes, drinkware and engraved keychains.
No. Anywhere in LA County is a local job, with no travel fee. The shop is in La Habra, 22 miles from Los Angeles, and every station comes up on our truck the morning of your event.
Yes. We build a live printing booth into your footprint and print for attendees all day. At the LA Convention Center, power is ordered through the show's electrical contractor, and we'll give you the exact circuit spec for that order.
The whole production: printers, presses and dryers, blank garments, ink, setup before doors, breakdown after, and every piece printed in between. Activations, sponsor booths and private parties get the same package.
Any room that can give us floor space and power: convention halls, hotel ballrooms, studio stages, rooftops, warehouses and private homes, plus outdoor show lots (see live printing for Los Angeles festivals). Kickoffs and summits have their own page for live printing for Los Angeles corporate events. We have area pages for Hollywood, the Arts District, Culver City, Santa Monica, West Hollywood and the Burbank lots, and the rest of the county is the same local drive.
Entertainment & retail
Made for the LA launch calendar
A lot of LA events aren't conventions at all. They're a sneaker drop on Fairfax, a premiere after-party on a studio lot, a creator meetup in an Arts District warehouse, or a store opening on Melrose where the line wraps the block before the doors open.
Those jobs have a different rhythm. The guest list is shorter, the blanks are better, and the piece has to look like something people would pay for, not a giveaway. We usually pair a screen press with embroidery or a hat bar so the drop feels like it came from the brand, not the venue.
We've printed for Gap, Foot Locker, Sony and Riot Games, so we're used to brand teams who care about exact ink colors, blank choice and how the finished piece photographs.
